Steller is not liable for missing items around or from the project, or damage of any kind.
Steller is not liable for deliveries by: owner/client (management deliveries). Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the seller will contact the owner/client.
Only steller instructs staff. BN SERVICES B.V. Steller takes care of his own pollution.
Delivery in consultation with Owner/client. The owner/client is responsible for the necessary permits, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. In the absence of permits and/or exemptions, one calendar month after signing this contract, this will expire, and 15% of the total contract price plus ABB will be charged by the sitter to the owner/client. In the event of a breach of contract by the owner/client of this contract, at least 15% of the total contract sum plus ABB will be charged to the owner/client. Costs for water and electricity are for the account of the owner/client. Transaction costs from bank to bank are for the account of the owner/client. Payment is decided within three days of the invoice date, cash is allowed, or by bank transfer (for larger amounts). All goods remain the property of the seller until they have been paid in full by the purchaser/client. In the event of non-payment and/or late payment, the collection and/or any legal costs will be borne by the buyer/client. In the event of non-payment, 15% interest per commenced calendar month will be charged on the total amount of the assignment. Applicable law: This agreement is governed by BES law and regulations. All disputes regarding this agreement or related agreements will be decided, to the exclusion of any other court, by the Court of First Instance of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, seat of Bonaire. 70% of the total amount before the start of the execution. Signed quotation is also work order. Offer valid up to one calendar month after date. All prices are exclusive, ABB, material and special machines. All prices are in US$ and rounded to whole hours.
